She contributes to lead international publications, such as the Financial Times, New York Times and Washington Post, as well as leading German and global media on transatlantic relations – especially trade and security policy – and German foreign and digital policy. Her peer-reviewed publications have focused on negotiation analysis, technology policy, conflict prevention, and urban public policy, and she serves as an associate editor of the academic journal “Diplomacy and Foreign Policy” (Brill). ![]() She began her career as a television journalist at CNN International in Atlanta and London.Ĭathryn provides expert commentary in English, German and French. Before that, she served on the management board of the European Policy Centre (EPC) in Brussels and worked as both a consultant and senior journalist at Roland Berger Strategy Consultants in France and China. ![]() In addition, Cathryn directed the HKS Belfer Center's Project on Europe and the Transatlantic Relationship from 2018 to 2021. The research program, which she co-founded, examines the challenges to negotiation and statecraft in the 21st century, including the impact of technology on foreign policy. For over a decade prior, Cathryn served as the executive director of the Future of Diplomacy Project at the Harvard Kennedy School in Cambridge, Massachusetts. Previously, she served as director and CEO of the German Council on Foreign Relations (DGAP). She is also a non-resident fellow with the Global Public Policy Institute (GPPi). We have everything listed on the agreement he signed on 11/21/17 and feel as if we have been more than fair and accommodating.Cathryn is Senior Advisor in the Bertelsmann Stiftung’s Europe’s Future Program with a focus on transatlantic relations, EU, US and German foreign and security policy, technology policy and digital diplomacy. We let the client know we do not issue refunds but will "pause" the system and payments due until he is ready to continue at a more convenient time. We continuously work with our clients to help them succeed. Another sales representative of our company has even called to assist with helping to complete the system with him. We have also delayed the payment schedule that was within the signed agreement, to work with the client to postpone payments due for the system until he was able to finalize and launch. On 4/30/18 we also adjusted the monthly minimums due with an addendum for nine months to assist during the time of financial constraints. We do not have a payment schedule with many clients. ![]() Normally the full amount is due at the time of signing but his agreement was set up with a payment schedule to end on 12/31/18. We have worked with the client since he signed his agreement on 11/21/17.
